[MonoDevelop] Monodevelop Error

Hello

I am trying to build monodevelop on visual studio 2012 build is done but
when i press F5 to run then it gives error "SystemOutOfRange
Exception" Index was outside the bounds of the array. in FIle
MonoDevelop.Debugger.Tests.TestApp\Test.cs on line

var test =
Activator.CreateInstance(Type.GetType("MonoDevelop.Debugger.Tests.TestApp."
+ args[0]));

i like to go for monodevelop development can anyone suggest me how to start
with it
