[MonoDevelop] Forms Designer in MonoDevelop

So, is there any changes on this plan until these days, is there WF designer
for Monodevelop?
I found this  http://mono-project.com/WinForms_Designer
<http://mono-project.com/WinForms_Designer>   but project is last time
changed 5 years ago.
I really need WF designer only for a subject on college and of course I see
that GTK# is very useful.
