[MonoDevelop] Reloading File From Disk

Since the code formatting doesn't support the options I need, I'm using an
external tool to perform the formatting. Unfortunately, the IDE doesn't
recognize that the contents of the file have changed after I run the
utility. Is there a way to manually reload a source code file's contents
from disk short of closing and reopening it? Failing this, is there a way
to close and reopen the file, and return the cursor to where it was in a
single keystroke?
