[MonoDevelop] Xamarin Studio 5.0.1

A few weeks ago I got an update notification for Xamarin Studio (OSX) which I
stupidly installed. Since then I no longer have the MonoDevelop.Database
addin available, which makes it a pain when working with embedded .sql files
in my code base as they don't open up in Xamarin.

The Database section is no longer there in the repositories in Addin
Manager, so I can't install it that way either. I have tried many things to
get it back, including trying to build from source, which makes the addin
appear in the addin manager but it is unavailable because the version of
MonoDevelop is wrong.

I'm stumped and would really like to get it back. 

Any ideas?
