This mailing list uses mailman so you can do this yourself.

1. Go to http://lists.ximian.com/mailman/listinfo/monodevelop-list
2. Enter your e-mail address in the text box next to the "Unsubscribe
or edit option" and press the button
3. Enter the password for your mailing list account in the text box
next to the "login" button. If you don't remember
   what it is click on the "Remind" button which will send the
password to your email address.
4. Once you've logged in press the "Unsubscribe" button. I think
there's another page after that asking you to confirm.
