[MonoDevelop] Ubuntu packages of MonoDevelop 4.0.x and 4.1.x

Hi!

I created a ppa for current MonoDevelop packages:

https://launchpad.net/~ermshiperete/+archive/monodevelop (for
MonoDevelop 4.0.x) and
https://launchpad.net/~ermshiperete/+archive/monodevelop-beta (for
MonoDevelop 4.1.x)

It would be great if that information could be added to the Downloads
<http://monodevelop.com/Download> page on the MonoDevelop website.
