[MonoDevelop] Ubuntu packages of MonoDevelop 4.0.x and 4.1.x

please also have a look at
http://software.opensuse.org/download/package?project=home:tpokorra:mono&package=monodevelop-opt
This offers the stable MonoDevelop 4.0.12 version for Ubuntu, Debian,
CentOS, Fedora, and OpenSUSE, including the latest Mono 3.2.3.
The source of the packages is available here:
https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/home:tpokorra:mono
