[MonoDevelop] How to install mono runtime as well as monoDevelop

Hi,

I have installed openSuse 12.3.But i am not able to install Mono Runtime as
well as  MonoDevelop IDE.
I can't installed Monodevelop through Direct install because it's proxy
restriction in our company.

Please help me that how can i proceed.

I am not very much expert in Linux.

Any link any info would be great help.
