[MonoDevelop] Mono develop - Deployment issue

Hi,
       I tried to deploy a windows application using Mono to run in Linux.
I went to Project->(Right click) -> Tools -> Create a Package.
The package created successfully, but how can i include custom folders into this package file.
This packaging process not allowing to add a folder with contents.

Or is there any other methodology for deploying an application using Mono.

Please revert asap.
