[MonoDevelop] Stack<T> System.Collections.Generic

Hi,

I'm currently using MonoDevelop 3.0 after upgrading for 2.8.  

When using 2.8 the IDE was unable to find
System.Collections.Generic.Stack<T>, buth Lists and Dictionary are both
available from this assembly, but Stack<T> is not there.

My monodevelop was installed with Synaptic Package manager.

Any guidance or advice on this silly little issue would be greatly
appreciated.
