[MonoDevelop] Forcing MonoDevelop to ignore certain updates?

Hello list, I was wondering if it was possible to force MonoDevelop to ignore certain updates? Reason I ask is because I'm using Mono Framework MDK 3.0.3 and it keeps wanting to revert back to 2.10.9 and I don't want it to. It doesn't matter if I switch to the beta or alpha channel for updates. Is there any way to change that?
