Very new to Mono and MonoDevelop:

I'm running Ubuntu 12.10 Quantal Quetzal, and installed MonoDevelop from
Synaptic, also gtk-sharp2.

Synaptic installed MonoDevelop 3.0.3.2.

When I plop a GUI component onto the form designer in a GTK GUI project
and go to the properties pad, I see lists of properties, with indicators
that there should be entries in a tree underneath - for example:

"> Common Widget Properties"
"> Button Properties"
"> Extra Button Properties"

But the lists don't expand at all - can't see any of the properties.
What am I doing wrong? Is there something in the IDE I have negelected
to set? Am I missing packages that need to be installed?

Thanks
