[MonoDevelop] CLR/C# versions with Ubuntu 12.10 and MonoDevelop

I'm running Ubuntu 12.10, and installed MonoDevelop from Synaptic, also
gtk-sharp2.


Synaptic installed MonoDevelop 3.0.3.2.


Very new to Mono (not to C#) I'm trying to figure out which version of
C# and the CLR is supported by this version of Mono and the IDE - I read
somewhere that C# 4.0 is supported. 


Can anyone give me the details and options available on this?
