[MonoDevelop] Error when running Nunit in Monodevelop

Recently upgraded to Mono 3.0.3 and are running Monodevelop 3.1.1. After the
mono upgrade I'm getting the following error when trying to run Nunit tests

System.Reflection.TargetInvocationException: Exception has been thrown by
the target of an invocation. --->
System.Reflection.TargetInvocationException: Exception has been thrown by
the target of an invocation. ---> System.MissingMethodException: Method not
found: 'Monodoc.Node.get_Nodes'.

Anyone have any ideas? Is there a bug posted for this already that I missed?
