I noted that. About how to put back that information I was thinking
about a "Document information" pad that shows some basic information
about the open document (total lines, word count, current position in
the document and so on). If you minimize that pad you get only the
information that was in the status bar. What about that? Little mockup:

Yep, I understand. I don't have any nice idea right now. I'll just live
with two scrollbars (can't live without the source analysis, it is one
of the best MD tools).
