[MonoDevelop] Refactoring support in C/C++

Hi Steven,
Currently there is no support for refactoring C/C++ in MonoDevelop but
perhaps some day there will be.
To enable VI mode, open MonoDevelop's Preferences. In the "Text Editor"
section, select "Behavior" and there should be a checkbox called "Use VI
modes".
