[MonoDevelop] Refactoring support in C/C++

Hi,

I would like to know if there is any refactoring support for C/C++ in MonoDevelop. Where can I find feature supported?


Also, I read about the VI mode. However I cannot find anywhere to turn it on. I am using 3.1.1 on Mac OS X.
