[MonoDevelop] Syntax Highlighting Questions

[Bohemian]

There are a lot of syntax highlighting options in the preferences that are
categorized in ways I'm not familiar with. Some of the categories I've been
able to recognize by fooling with the preview, but some just can't figure
out. I try googling the words, but I don't get anything helpful. Could
someone explain to me, preferably with examples, what the categories
contain. Honestly I just need help with the "keywords" categories, so that's
all you should go to the trouble of explaining.
