[MonoDevelop] Building MonoDevelop - ICSharpCode.SharpZipLib?

Hello, I fixed this same issue by changing the target runtime to Mono. 

Apparently SharpDevelop will not compile with Microsoft.NET due to missing
dependencies. Go to Tools > Options > .NET Runtimes and select Mono instead
of Microsoft.NET.
