[MonoDevelop] Building MonoDevelop - ICSharpCode.SharpZipLib?

Stupid question: how do I get the proper SharpZipLib.dll? In
Mono.Addins.Setup I'm getting

using ICSharpCode.SharpZipLib.Zip; => The type or namespace name
'ICSharpCode' could not be found (are you missing a using directive or an
assembly reference?)

And when I double-click the reference it says "File not found: C:\Program
Files (x86)\MonoDevelop\bin\ICSharpCode.SharpZipLib", however that is the
actual location of ICSharpCode.SharpZipLib.dll in my original installation
except that the extension is missing.
