[MonoDevelop] Mono 3.0.0 Error

Greetings friends, I install mod_mono-2.10 and apache web server to run
applications. NET from Centos 6. With the Mono version 2.11.1 everything runs
fine, but with the 3.0.0 version of Mono I get the following errors:

[Wed Oct 24 15:18:05 2012] [error] (70014)End of file found: read_data
failed
[Wed Oct 24 15:18:05 2012] [error] Command stream corrupted, last command
was -1

What's going on, what is wrong? I need help please
