[MonoDevelop] Monodevelop and Javascript

Is the javascript running in a web browser? Is it generated by a 
resource handler or dll? This sounds like a issue with cross compatible 
javascript but I may have miss understood your issue. Are you using the 
same web browser in Windows as well as your Linux environment?
