[MonoDevelop] Monodevelop and Javascript

Greetings

I have a system running in Monodevelop. But I have a problem with Javascript
, when I run the same code in VisualStudio.NET 2008 runs everything
perfectly, but does not Monodevelop 3.0.4.7 of Javascript.

I tried creating an executable to run from the ISS Application Server 6 on
Windows, and everything works perfectly. But I run the same executable from the
Application Server Apache on CentOS 6 Linux, and not part of Javascript
functions.

What could be the problem? What should I do in this case? Thank you for
your help.
