[MonoDevelop] Build Help

Hi

I'm trying to build MonoDevelop on my Lubuntu machine following these
instructions: https://github.com/mono/monodevelop

I'm stuck at this point:

configure: error: Package requirements (mono-addins >= 0.6) were not met:

I installed mono-addins.utils  0.6.2-2 via my package manager and I dumped
the files from the codeplex download (
http://monoaddins.codeplex.com/wikipage?title=Downloads&referringTitle=Home)
into
my monodevelop src folder, but no joy.

Any help very much appreciated.
