I'm not sure whether this is much help to you, but I'm sure I got that
error when I tried to run it using a copy of mono that I had compiled from
source. When I used the package downloaded from the mono site I didn't get
the error, presumably because it gets packaged with other components.
Cheers,
Adam

I have become a fan of this product as this allows me to practice
ASP.Neton linux.
Now back to the point,
I have installed Mono 2.6 on my linux ( PCLinux ).
The problem arises when i run the asp.net application.
After running, the following error is being displayed.
*"Could not launch web server. The "xsp2" web server cannot be started.
Please ensure that it is installed.
MonoDevelop.Core.UserException: The "xsp2" web server cannot be started.

I am also not able to find whether the XSP2 is installed or not.
and if installed, how to start it ?
Waiting for your reply...
Thanx in advance..
