[MonoDevelop] MonoDevelop 3.0.5 and Mono 3.0.0

Hello, when do you expect to publish a msi (Windows) installer for
MonoDevelop 3.0.5, that will also officially support Mono 3.0.0? 

I could build the main project in the master branch myself and run it with
winrun.bat, but there are a lot of missing files to build the WixSetup
solution.

When I open a Visual Studio 2012 project using .NET 4.5 classes such as
ReadonlyDictionary, selecting Mono 3.0.0 as the runtime, my compiled version
of MonoDevelop 3.0.5 will complain it does not know such classes although
they should be part of the target framework.

Your help and insight is appreciated.
