You're correct that MD provides infrastructure for the outline pad -
any document view can provide an outline widget and it'll be shown in
the pad. And there's a default provider that's supposed to handle any
file that uses MD's .NET type system. I would guess that the D addin
uses its own type system, or maybe our checks are too strict.
