[MonoDevelop] undefined symbol: g_thread_supported

When I run monodevelop I get the following error:

 

monodevelop: symbol lookup error: /usr/local/lib/libglibsharpglue-2.so:
undefined symbol: g_thread_supported

 

any idea?

 

Latest monodevelop 2.9.6 on precise Ubuntu 12.04
