[MonoDevelop] MonoDevelop IDE's Assemblies

I'm guessing you are on Ubuntu? (Ubuntu by default only installs the 4.0
assemblies to minimize install space)

If you open up the Ubuntu Software Center, you can search for mono and
install all of the CIL 2.0 packages.
