[MonoDevelop] Latest build broken?

Does anyone else have this issue with the latest build? I am still unable
to run the installed version of MD after make, make install'ing, although,
make run works as expected. I have purged every installed piece of MD I can
find but still the same result. This really seems like something is broken
in the make install execution.
