[MonoDevelop] Latest build broken?

Alan,

Thanks for the reply. I was running "make", "make instal"l. I also ran
"make clean" before each rebuild. I did run "make run" on the last
(7b059...) build and that worked. I guess it is possible that did something
that just "make install" and running does not.

OK, I rebuilt from the latest master. Now make run works, but running
monodevelop from the shell: /usr/bin/monodevelop gives the exception cited
below. So it appears "make install" is not doing everything it should.
