[MonoDevelop] Go To File... keyboard shortcut Alt-Shift-O broken?

Hi,
Somehow I can't seem to get Alt-Shift-O to work. I can open the dialog
fine manually through the Search menu but not through the keyboard
shortcut. Nothing happens.

I am using monodevelop 3.0.3.4.

Anybody else with that issue? Any ideas?

Also it would be nice if it were possible to narrow the search in that
dialog by adding more terms separated by spaces.
ie: "file dialog" (without quotes) should match any filenames with
both "file" and "dialog" in their name.
This works like a charm with visual assist + visual studio.
