[MonoDevelop] installing addins

To answer my own question, addins turn up in:
~/.local/share/MonoDevelop-2.8/LocalInstall/Addins/
I've copied my PyBinding.dll into
~/.local/share/MonoDevelop-2.8/LocalInstall/Addins/PyBinding/ and now it shows
up and works in MD.
