[MonoDevelop] MonoDevelop 2.8 “Show Completion Window” does not work reliably any more.

It appears that something was wrong with MonoDevelop per-user user settings.

Deleting the following folders seems to have solved the problem.

    ~/Library/MonoDevelop-2.
    ~/Library/Preferences/MonoDevelop-2.8
