[MonoDevelop] System Hardware requirement for MonoDevelopIDE- reg

Dear All,
         I have gone through mono-project and MonoDevelop websites. But, I
could not find the System hardware requirement for Mono and MonoDevelop IDE.
apart from MonoDevelop,2.8.8, is there any New IDE available for Mono. I
have been running "out of memory exception" for two weeks. Please guide me.
I am using Windows 7 , vs 2010 and MonoDevelop 2.8.6 Installed in my mechine
having  4 gb Ram.
I need following details too.
        1. MonoReports - for reporting 
        2. Dynamics
        3. Visual Designer(Drag and Drop) - toolbox
