[MonoDevelop] activation code

I have upgraded monodevelop to the lateset stable version (it says 2.8.8.4).
But now the system doesn't appear to store my activation code anymore. Each
time I want to debug on my device, I need to re-enter my activation code.
This wasn't the case in the previous version. What happened? Is there any
way to get it stored again?
