[MonoDevelop] No c/cpp project in monodevelop?

I've been reading trough your 
http://monodevelop.com/documentation/creating_c_and_cpp_projects
documentation , but I simply don't have c/cpp project template in solution
wizard.

Does this come as an addon, or is it maybe a problem since I have unity3d
installed which has his own distribution of monodevelop? I've also installed
haxe addin, but I don't remember that c/cpp template was in there before it.
