[MonoDevelop] Language settings bug

I've successfully installed this on another Mac without the problem, so I'm guessing the issue is some particular setting on my machine. I've tried re-installing, but to no avail.
Oh, and I had to laugh at your 'quick fix'. Install a second operating system in a virtual machine in order to fix the menus. Yeah, I'll get right onto it.
