[MonoDevelop] Unknown widget: HollyLibrary.HBaseComboBox

I'm running MonoDevelop 2.6 and am trying to use my installed
HollyWidget HSimpleComboBox.  When I drag and drop it onto my form,
though, I get this error message displayed in the control:  Unknown
widget: HollyLibrary.HBaseComboBox.  Does anyone know why I'm getting
the error?
