[MonoDevelop] Fwd: Building Monodevelop

Accidentally omitted the list from reply below:

Alan,

2.It doesn't build because of a compilation error - it reports the assembly
reference MonoDevelop.VersionControl.
Subversion.Gui is missing.  Didn't actually seem to be in use and it built
ok (...) when I commented the using statement.

3.  (Debian / AMD64; uname -a yields below:
Linux CRiSPY-V2 3.0.0-1-amd64 #1 SMP Sat Aug 27 16:21:11 UTC 2011 x86_64
GNU/Linux
