[MonoDevelop] open .cs file

the .cs file was made with visual studio 2010 (express edition). I used
wordpad just to see what happened.

But your suggest had made Bingoo!!!! the problem are the accented
characters!!! No accent no problem...
If I add comment with monodevelop is all ok, the problem is only in open
file made with other editor.....
