[MonoDevelop] open .cs file

Hi!
   It looks like you are making your edits with WordPad.exe, which can save
special character codes that mono/Monodevelop might not understand.   
   Have you tried adding comments using Monodevelop itself?  Or with some
other ASCII editor like vi, vim, emacs, etc?

   Your comments do seem to include special characters like accents.   Maybe
this is what is causing the problem?


   Just a thought...
