[MonoDevelop] GTK# references for MD 2.8.1 on ubuntu 11.10

Do y'all think it likely that this wondrous new build system will allow
multiple mono/monodevelop installs? I would be delighted to be able to run
a sharp-objects-likely-to-produce-much-pain version sometimes while usually
running a soft-and-fluffy version.
