[MonoDevelop] GTK# references for MD 2.8.1 on ubuntu 11.10

Well, as been said, you can still build from sources. Anyway, Linux users are
used to troubles, are they not? ;)

Also, the Mono team now has to focus their efforts on stuff that really
matters in order to make enough money to survive. They don't have as much
resources as they used to.
