[MonoDevelop] MD 2.4 + valabindings on windows : the project is not built

Hello, 

I'm starting to play with the valabindings on MD 2.4.
As I couldn't find any binaries for the addins, I simply went 
on a RPM, extracted the assembly in the Addins/BackendBindings
(I didn't install vtg)

So I created a basic console program with the assistant, and start to 
build it right away.
But when I try to build the project, nothing is build (bin/debug is empty)
But MD says that the build is successfull. And I don't have any error
message in the message log.
(I checked that valac is available in the path)

Any idea ?

Can I enable more verbose logging someway ?
