[MonoDevelop] shipping references that arent in the GAC

Hi there,

I have a project that makes use of a handful -pkg: references in monodevelop. The
project builds fine but the references aren't in my GAC so the program fails to
find them at runtime.

How can I tell monodevelop to ship copies of some libraries into the bin
directory? I'd also like this to work with makefile integration so custom
commands won't do for that.

I'm using mono 2.11 ( trunk yesterday ) and md 2.6 beta 2
