[MonoDevelop] MD no longer copying files to output directory?

Given the note below from GitHub, I think you should perhaps try a newer
build:

Copy output files from referenced assemblies to out dir
Files with the Copy to Output flag from referenced libraries must be
copied to the out dir. This used to work but was broken by recent
changes.
