[MonoDevelop] Brackets, Curly Brackets etc. not working with Monodevelop on German Keyboard

I'm using Windows 7 32bit. Does not happen with any other Apps I use, but I
don't think they are using GTK (Jacek mentioned that might be where the
problem is at). If "other parts of MonoDevelop" is referring to things like
textfields for file names etc., then yes it occurs there too.

Neither of your linked Bug Reports occur for me.
