[MonoDevelop] Brackets, Curly Brackets etc. not working with Monodevelop on German Keyboard

This is maybe because MD is a Gtk# application, so it relies on the Gtk 
toolkit for all GUI-related issues, including keystroke events. I suppose that 
Gtk does not simply put an equals mark between Ctrl+Alt and AltGr.
