[MonoDevelop] MonoDevelop does not stop on a breakpoint

I was able to do debugging after removing the folders. Thank you for your
support!

But now I have ran into another problem.
When I try to debug for a second time the XSP web server is complaining
about an Address which is already in use. 

So after the first debugging session the web server is not shutdown.

Another question: Is it possible to set another start page than
'Default.aspx'?
